Terms of sale

These terms govern the online sale of the services listed in the 5LEGS Product Studio catalogue, available at 5legs-product.studio. They apply to every order placed on the website.

Our catalogue is intended exclusively for business customers, purchasing for the needs of their professional activity: consumer protection provisions of the French consumer code, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply.

Prices are shown in euros excluding tax on each product page, with 20% French VAT added at payment. The total price including tax is displayed before you confirm. An order becomes firm once payment is made.

For services priced above 2,000 euros excluding tax, we offer a conversation before any commitment.

Payment is made in full at the time of ordering, by card, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer, through our payment provider Stripe. For a direct debit or bank transfer, the order is confirmed once the funds are received.

The invoice is issued after payment and sent electronically. On your bank statement, the payment appears under the label 5LEGS PRODUCT STUDIO.

We contact you within 48 business hours of your order confirmation to arrange a first conversation.

The timelines shown on product pages are indicative: the firm delivery schedule is agreed together during this first conversation, based on the service and on your sending the items listed in its prerequisites.

You may cancel your order as long as the service has not started, meaning before the first conversation or before any work has begun: we then refund 70% of the amount paid including tax, the remaining 30% covering the booking and preparation of the engagement.

Once the service has started, amounts paid are no longer refundable.

Instant-access services are an exception: since access is delivered upon payment, they can be neither cancelled nor refunded.

The quality and timing of our services depend on the material you provide. Each product page lists its prerequisites.

If the required material has not reached us within 60 days of the order despite our reminders, the service is deemed abandoned on your side and amounts paid are retained.

Deliverables become your property once the service is paid for, for the needs of your business: documents, analyses, recommendations, and the content and configurations specific to your company.

We retain ownership of our methods, tools, know-how and reusable generic components, including the engines, structures and mechanisms of the software tools we design, which we remain free to reuse for other engagements. This reuse never extends to your data or to content specific to you, which remains strictly confidential.

We also retain the right to mention the engagement in our references, unless you ask us not to.

Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis: we apply our expertise and the work described on the product page. The recommendations we deliver are decision-support material; decisions and their implementation remain yours.

Our liability, on all grounds combined, is capped at the amount paid including tax for the order concerned.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, we will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the Paris economic activities court has exclusive jurisdiction.
