Product Vision Realignment
Our product and our market have evolved, but our vision has not kept up: how do we realign the team on a course that helps us decide?
3,000 € excl. VAT - Timeline: 10 working days
A product vision sometimes needs to evolve because the product or its context has changed, or because the company is about to take a new direction. Market shifts, new user expectations, new business ambitions or a change of strategy: the product course must stay consistent with the company's trajectory. The Product Vision Realignment starts from your current vision, from what the product is today and from the direction the company wants to take. We also examine how the different stakeholders interpret the course and the decisions it implies. We surface the gaps, the areas of disagreement and the choices that need clarifying. A workshop then confronts these readings and reformulates together a vision able to guide the next product decisions. The realigned vision is finally translated into guiding principles concrete enough to serve as a reference for upcoming trade-offs.
For example, each team defends its own reading of the vision, the product or the company strategy is evolving and the vision needs to be brought back in line, your investors are asking you to clarify your vision and product trajectory, roadmap trade-offs are made case by case, for lack of a shared direction...

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from Product Vision Scoping?
Scoping builds a vision where none exists yet. Realignment starts from an existing vision and evolves it to reflect the current situation or the new direction the company wants to take.
What do we receive?
A reformulated vision, guiding principles for your trade-offs, and a summary of the gaps and decisions worked through during the realignment.
Do we need to involve the whole team?
The key stakeholders are enough: those who carry or interpret the vision day to day. We define the list together at the start.
What if disagreement persists after the workshop?
A workshop is not meant to make disagreements artificially disappear. We make them explicit, document the options and the trade-offs to be made, and give you our reasoned recommendation.
How soon does the service take place?
We agree on a start date with you after purchase, based on our respective availability. On average, this service takes between 8 and 12 working days once it begins.
