How is this different from the Pre-development Product Diagnosis?
The pre-development diagnosis evaluates an idea before investing. This one evaluates a product already live, based on its objectives, how it actually works, its usage and its data.
What do we receive?
A prioritised diagnosis of what works and what holds the product back, along with a reasoned recommendation on the work to carry out, in order.
Does it include implementing the recommendations?
No, it is a scoping exercise. Implementation can then be carried out by your teams or covered by a dedicated service.
Do we need a lot of data for it to be useful?
No. We work from the data actually available. If it does not allow us to settle certain questions, we say so clearly and specify what would need to be observed or measured to go further.
How soon does the service take place?
We agree on a start date with you after purchase, based on our respective availability. On average, this service takes between 6 and 8 working days once it begins.
